★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I had to give one star coz there was no option of zero star. This is by far the worst courier service provider present on earth. Deliveries are slower than slowest possible speed on earth. For domestic courier within Mumbai they took 5 days to deliver, that too after rigorous follow up with different franchisees. Its such a headache to deal with these guys. If possible please stay away from these guys for any courier service.

Phone never rings which means they have put it on busy permanently. My parcel was stuck with them thrice. They have a office hub in my locality even then they refuse to call or deliver it and mentions that it’s out of their delivery area.
This company should be banned and sued!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Worst courier service. They don't know whats happening with your parcel when you call. Their Delivery agents deliver your parcels as per their convenience, no time frame whatsoever. My parcel was sitting with them for last 4 days. Don't ever go for their service.
