★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Poor service. Very pathetic andmost arrogant courier boys. They don't even deliver your consignment at your home they call you at their office and behave like they are doing favour on u .. not efficient towards their work at all .. do some improvement ir shut down your service.. pathetic

Staff is not do helpful
Cost verses service is not comparable
For Pune to Solapur courier of 30 gram envolop tracon courier service took RS 175 , which is on very higher side
It took almost 8 days to deliver
Service is not fast compared to other companies available in the market
I strongly not recommended this service to anyone , pleased choose other companies if possible
.
We are always ready to pay more provided we get prompt service
Overall 1 point over 10 points pleases.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ HOPE LESS, WORST, DIRT COURIER SERVICE. After reaching Courier at Pune also still they have not delivered courier after 6 days also. They will give different phone no., behave as they are toooo much busy. I get all couriers on my address, but they have updated in their tracking as Miss route for 2 days, Sent for delivery for 2 days and after that no update at all. They will not pick up call at all. At website also there is no option to register complaint - it states - Site under construction. No Contact phone no.s or Email id at their website. Go to this courier if you want to PAY AND THROW AND FORGET ABOUT your consignment. Even they don't know where is the consignment. No Man power as per them.

My parcel was out for delivery on 4/1/21 still not delivered. I called them for the reason still they were like it will take time to deliver.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I don't think they are in courier services. They are not picking the phone, if luckily as per their mood picked, they will respond as they are doing charity work. In short don't sent or don't ask anybody to send through this courier service.
After informing and paying express charges received courier after six days for 180 kms.
