It's been a week and my parcel for bhai dooj has not been delivered yet! They are very good at making false promises, as they had assured me several times that it will be well before the time.
Today on bhai dooj, after enquiry at the final destination I'm informed that their office is closed for delivery from past 2 days!

It's taken more than 6 days to deliver parcel from Pune to Delhi.
I don't know why they take responsibility for delivering if they don't able.
I think they will deliver courier if it's coming from abroad,
Think before opting for the service.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Delivery boy are rediculous.they don't deliver packects on time and when we want to complaint about them in their complaint center they don't attend our call. Delivery boy no. Automaticaly goes to voice mail whenever you call them. Overall service is very bad and they don't even know how to talk to their customers. This was our mistake that we gave our order to them. And this is my helplessness that I have to give 1 star to them .They don't even deserves a star. Very bad services and very disappointed by their careless behaviour. They think your courier as their ancestors property on which they have their legal rights and never want to transfer to you.
