★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Worst experience, my PAN card was supposed to be delivered within 15 days but it has been a month now and it has not delivered yet so I complaint to the main branch and they give me other branch number which is nearer to me and when I call to the branch they gave me another number and it continued 3 to 4Times

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Worst Service. Courier shows as delivered online including Signature but its never delivered. I have visited office personally after identifying final delivery office and collected my document. Never opt from track on. Specially who are applying for PAN, they are worst. There are thousand of PAN card which are not yet delivered.
