★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Really unprofessional people. Person by the name of Gagan manages the office. He is really rude and ill mannered. The courier service is supposed to deliver your package to your doorstep. They shouldnt ask you to pick the package from their office failing which they threaten to return package back to sender.
I hooe trackon being a national brand is taking note of these reviews and take some action.
Would not recommend this courier service for Kangra just because of local office staff.
