★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This is an authorised dealer for Hero two wheelers and service in Vasai East. My personal experience was too bad with no technically skilled or professional mechanic at the centre. Spares available only for BS 6 and higher varient only as confirmed by the work manager Aaditya. This is not new as most of the Hero service centre work in this same manner but as on date this centre had the least skilled mechanic. My suggestion try to find some better local mechanic then to visit this centre after the free service as those are mandatory. I had to contact the senior at the centre Mr. Sunil Gupta who was cool enough to listen but failed to understand and give a solution to the problem reported by me. Simple parts like accelator cable, rear view mirror and even the screws were not available at this so called authorised Hero service centre. Visit at your own risk
