★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I recently started my investment journey with Payal- my bankers had ended up goofing up when setting up NACH to fund investments - we had invested in some mutual funds last week before the budget and the post-budget bull run in the markets- however the NACH fiasco meant that there was a real chance I would lose the benefit of the bull run- but Payal pulled off a miracle by ensuring that the investment was not reversed- by working through 2 full days coordinating with my bankers and 5 different AMCs to pull off a miracle! Thank you Payal for you razor sharp attention to customer service! I wish my bankers were half as diligent! Working with Payal- customer delight!
