All employees will treat you like you are an enemy of them..you will get 0% help from them no support...they will not teach you anything and will expect you to work like an expert ...0% safty in the company... Work load very very high...
Owner of the company and his son are the only two people in the company who are really good, professional, I was amazed by anand singh because every sentence he says is on point...
If you are going there through Consultancy then do yourself a favour don't go.but if you are going to be working under owner or anand Singh directly only then go work there...
Design department is also good, production, quality, purchase, maintenance all bad department to work because of the people working in those departments.
Company timing says 9 to 5 but when I tried to leave on 5 I was laughed at even when I try to leave at 6:30-7pm people will say do you have no shame...
Employee culture is very bad
