Read carefully about my experience before you plan to use them. 1. I travelled from USA. they prepared holiday package to Kerala. They followed up till I make reservation. I was very happy. 2. I lost my connection flight at Benguluru to Kochi. I called Travel agency to recommend something. The person lifted my phone says "I belong to different department, I can't help". I called Emergency number given agency "I am a local vendor. I can't do anything. call your travel agent". I called back travanya contact number and I asked them to give basic information like would loose money if I cancel my trip. Response is " I do not know" Can you book alternative flight I would pay. Answer is that different department. They gave the contact number of travel agent who booked my travel. I don't expect that person to lift my phone at 10pm. BASICALLY NO SUPPORT IF YOU RUN INTO ISSUES. 3. I booked alternative hotel and flight on my own and reached kochi. My driver says that my hotel is different from what I have in my itinerary. when I called travanya, I was told that I have wrong hotels. This is on the day of check in. 4. I was travelling with two young kids. my request is to make whole trip as kid friendly. They chose a hotel that is >1hr from Munnar in the Jungle with steep roads. They are so many great resorts on that way. My daughter got fever and nearest hospital (basic) is 30min away. It was really scary. I do not see any reasoning for booking resort in such remote place. 5. Hotel in Thekkady was good. no complaints. 6. I reached alleppey. Boat house does not have AC. It was so hot and humid. My reservation shows AC deluxe. I assumed AC availability for kids. Staff on boat house told me that that my travel agent messed up my booking. They are three types of boat houses. the one they chose does not have AC until it is parked at night. No nets (other boat houses have them) in mosquito prone area. My biggest frustration is, nobody discussed options and guided me. I told them to book 4* resorts. They booked. 7.Very disappointed with them. Called them to give feedback and they never followed it up either.

Great experience and equally good service by Raman Ma'am during the initial course of bookings & planning. Counterparts travel organiser at Phuket & Bangkok were highly professional and good in their services. Delivered what they promised. Suggest that the choice of Hotels shall be explained more in details as at times food did became a problem because of the away location of Hotel from the market. However I would like to plan vacations, again with them. Will surely recommend to my friends & colleagues. All the best.

Excellent Dubai package planned by Travanya. Their services were topmost. Will always suggest all my friends and relatives to book packages from Travanya only as they have complete transparency and honesty. 5 star service. At first i was bit hesitant to make them upfront payment for my Maldives Honeymoon. But Disha has taken care of my Honeymoon trip from A to Z with 5 star resort and 5 star service. Without them this wouldn't have happened. Me and my wife are really grateful to Travanya and specially disha for their services. They took care of everything from my Resort selection to Flight bookings to meal plan and what not. They left no stone unturned in making my Honeymoon a 5 star experience. Definitely recommend them. Just let them know about your preferences covering from room to views to airlines to facilities and then sit back and relax. They will take care of the rest. Looking forward for my Europe Holiday with them coming year.

I had booked my Dubai trip with these guys but due to Covid, flights got cancelled and trip too. It was these people's support that I got a full refund as per airlines norms but yes it took some time. I believe these are most trustworthy, reliable agent in tricity. Stay blessed team Travanya.

I planned a tour to Maldives in March but couldn't complete due to Covid. But Travanya were very cooperative throughout and returned my money. Looking forward to have more trips through them. Good job kepp it up.

Very good travel agencies. Working people are all good. I booked a tour to Thailand because of corona my tour has been cancelled. But they returned my full payment without any commission.
