★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I and my husband went to haridwar and rishikesh trip for one day on 28.06.2019 and we selected hauz khas as the boarding point but the owner changed the boarding point to Patel chowk. And after that many other people joined but started vomits. And on the return next day there was delay and we dint reach at time and there were no metro services. From haridwar bus should have started at 4p.m.the next day on 29.06.2019 but he started at 5.30p.m and we reached patel chowk at 12.00a.m. and we had to book uber to reach home and spent rs 500 extra. Atleast they should have Co-operated and drop should have been made at nearby metro station. But no and their services are very poor. Even we requested that we will cancel the trip but the owner requested not to cancel the trip but this was our bad experience. Further we will never travel through this travel house.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ One Day trip to agra from gurgaon. Travel coordinator shows friendly behaviour. Pick up on time. Breakfast and lunch places are decent. Guide till Agra has done fantastic job. He explained in hindi and English, which is very useful for people like me who don't know Hindi. Good time management and coordination. But 2nd guide who comes for Mathura and Vrindavan doesn't know English. We feel separate due to language issue. Also in Vrindavan I feel he force people for donations. So please ensure guide know English also as these are historical places and people comes from all over the world.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Me and my wife had taken a day long Agra tour at Travel House Delhi via Red bus. But we’re duped. We were having four places to visit in a single day.Taj Mahal, Agra Fort, Vrindavan and Mathura. Travel House Delhi has organised a Guide in our bus. While we were at Vrindavan, our guide took us to a temple and said this is the place here Lord Krishana had spent his childhood and said it was the main temple. He even asked us if we want to purchase a space at that temple where our name will be embossed on a white marble stone for a year. The charges were 3000, 6000 and 12000. I too purchased the place for 3000 as I was also emotional in the name of god as My name would have been there for 1 year on that white marble. Post that we were returning back to our bus and we saw another huge temple. When one old men in our bus saw that, he enquired that the temple we had gone was not the original temple and started scolding the guide. In the mean time the guide took all the money and escaped so fast that we couldn’t even recognise. Every thing was a setup and we were duped. We request Travel House to Return back our Money as were been duped in for 3000, because of your negligence. This was the worst experience of my life.

Agra trip and the guide provided for Agra was ok but it was very bad experience for Vrindavan. We waste our time and money in Vrindavan. The guide took us Bhajanashram's neaby temple and there is no one apart from us in the temple. The guide also said for his 'Dakshina' after coming back from Vrindavan. For Vrindavan we were just like 'Ullu Bnaya'. The guide should be take us in a famous temple but he took us at Gali Temple. The main thing is that we dont have any option for taking breakfast, lunch and dinner. The bus was stopping at high pay restaurants with no taste and there is no other restaurant apart from that resaurant.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Great experience with travel house Delhi on 14 the June 2019 i and my sister travel Delhi to agra one day. The driver and co worker was very help ful and kind. The owner Mr Tarun malik was very kind to help us in all the way from booking ticket to end of trip. The restaurant was clean and food was very good I highly recommend this travels .

Be careful at Vrindavan as mentioned below.
Traveled on 29th June 2019 one day trip to Agra, Mathura , Vrindavan.
Pickup was on time. As we neared Agra fort a guide started talking on mike in the bus. Collected Rs 60 per adult, Indian, towards ticket for Agra fort where as the actual ticket cost was only Rs 40. The tour guide accompanied us throughout Agra fort. Next stop was at a shop where they would do some business with tourists. Do not spend anything here.
After lunch, the guide sold Plastic covers to cover shoes for entering Taj Mahal at Rs 10 per piece. Inside, they were sold for Rs 5.
After Taj Mahal the guide disappears. Next comes the biggest jolt.
Near Mathura a new Brahmin guide enters the bus. Speaks a lot. Mathura visit was also good.
The trick starts at Vrindavan. While there are many good places to visit, the brahmin guide takes you to only Bihari Dauji temple which is not known by many and asks donations for annadanam. Not sure whether they use it for the genuine purpose or not. So, better don't pay anything here.
One will enjoy if you don't get duped at Vrindavan. Single day trip is not sufficient to visit all the places. Hence, don't expect much time at each of the places. Some time is lost in the shop visit arranged by the travels.
Overall, the experience was good for single day trip.

I booked them for my marriage. Booked three months before the marriage date. I had booked BHARAT BENZ (which come under luxury volvo).
On marriage day they denied to send the bus for which I paid for and started fighting over call... we have only one bus available, if u need it we will send it you otherwise let it be. Now its like send whatever u have as we have no other options left.
Part - 2.... Driver stopped the bus two kms before the scheduled pick up point and said I will not go to the pick up point, make our payment so that I can go back. After heated arguments he finally agreed to go to pick up.
Pls note: Driver was too rude with guest and even the father of groom.
Part - 3: while returning back.. again an argument with driver. This time with ladies.
THOSE WHO WANT TO RUIN THEIR WEDDINGS AND WANTS TO GET INSULTED BOOK THEIR BUS.
