As a couple of people who have spent years travelling independently, booking things on our own and improvising to solve problems along the way, I now see the incredible impact of an experienced and professional travel agent can have on a trip.
You were bang on with many of the choices and recommendations you made to us.Every small detail was well planned, perhaps, this is the reason that even after several months we all still recollect our fond memories of the trip.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Most Enjoyable Holiday organized through Ajay G of Travel Manager, HSR Layout Bangalore. Spent about 7 nights & 8 days in Thailand. 3 nights at Phuket, 2 nights at Pataya & 2 nights at Bangkok. Entire arrangement from Ticketing, Hotel Booking, Visa arrangements were done by Travel Manager. Good advise given to save on time , money & effort. Communication was on time & to the point. We went as per schedule offered by Travel Manager. The arrangements at each of the cities were well looked after. Right from the time of arrival at each city to time of departure. The sight seeing arrangements were on the dot & helped cover most of what really mattered. The Hotels were well located, lots of things to do around, dining places within walking distance, the guides ( Katy Perry was the best ) was very good, the drivers were very polite & helpful & the local support was only a phone call away whenever required ( Did not have to call much ) as things were happening as per planned schedule. I would recommend that one should connect with Travel Manager in Bangalore of any holidays planned for the family or groups for ensuring a memorable problem free holiday.

Dont be fooled by the small office, they have enough capabilities in the team to help you with a wide range of travel and visa requirements. I have been working with them for a while now and have never had any issues. They have always been super easy to work with. Thank you, Ajay.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This travel agent does not provide a single checklist for steps of travel. This causes the traveller to have to look into all documents required on their own which defeats the purpose of hiring the travel agent in the first place and could cause a traveller to get into trouble if they do not review documents on their own. Suggestion to this business to prepare a single checklist and to provide a single total charge upfront to potential customers which includes all services instead of charging for Visa separately, flight tickets service separately, VTL separately, vaccination certificate update separately etc. Nobody expects services for free but paying multiple times is also a pain. Not knowing steps ahead for travel is not acceptable
.The traveller cannot anticipate what steps lie ahead as it is the agents responsibility provide this information upfront. The service was unprofessional.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I found them on google gave them a call. I was connected with Mr Kishore who understood my travel purpose and gave a clear list of what all documents were needed from me instantly. Mr kishore was readily available to answer all my doubts over text and call. I went with my documents and gave it to them in their office. They took care of everything from there and my Visa was processed in 3 working days.
Very efficient and courteous team. Highly recommend

Had to just pack your bags and start for the vacation and everything else is smoothly done by the team from travel to accomodation. They were prompt in addressing the issue or questions. This company was completely honest in answering all of our queries. They spent a good fifteen minutes redoing our quote till it was flawless and completely customized. Everything went off without a hitch in terms of the program! The meals are substantial, the services are of great quality, and the rooms are comfortable and clean. I strongly advise you to use this service since you will be able to go with peace of mind! We were really fortunate to have Alex as our guide, with whom we formed an instant bond. He is incredibly generous and compassionate, as well as truthful, professional, and courteous. His small everyday jokes, his zest for life and good humor, as well as his extensive knowledge of parks, flora and fauna, as well as Dubai history and culture, simply elevated our tour.
A huge thanks to the entire team; we know this vacation would not have been the same without 'Travel Manager Holidays'. Exploring the city as it evolves in freedom, peace, and harmony is a breathtaking experience. Some of the life moments we were able to see have left us with precious memories.
