★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very poor service. I had been here to just ask about the lock system of my american tourister bag which I had bought from somewhere else a day before. However the owner, retorted that I should take the bag to the dealer I bought it from, without even understanding my concern. How can it qualify to be a service center if service is the last thing they provide.

It's a big shop with lots of variety of almost all brands like American tourister, VIP, Calrton, Skybags, Samsonite etc. They will take efforts to show you all the bags till you are satisfied and choose the right one. They will assist you with information and I also got free bag covers. Overall wonderful experience.
