★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Bad customer support bad services told 24/7 service if I call at night no 1 respond to my calls arrogant staff and owner never accept their mistake as I have told them to cancel one of my flight ticket they have not done that so I have lost almost 15 k for flight tickets if I ask shreya she responded my call for once and promised that she's gonna help me out but never responded again then I called a normal call center they recieved and connected me to the owner (Mr. Raj Kishore) and he's like pretending and saying that (you might be knowing the cases of air India and he's like that I am not gonna get refund as well) ohh common dude you might be in this field from last 5 to 10 years it's my family business from 28 years so please don't try to fool us and i have lost almost 60 k for the website never recommended please be aware of this company (they are just money minded people ) please do not trust on their 4 star or 5 star reviews as its all fake reviews....fake people no one called me for payment this year and I just asked them for support in watsapp once because I was out of station on that time....kindly do not purchase any sought of service with sc technologies. And were ever you see 5 stars on the profile its all fake because i have personally met all these peoples over there at sc technologies office ...they are all office staff.

One of my bad experience with this company (Travel Portal Solution). Last year Feb, 2020 I started my website development from this company for my travel business, and paid all amount also (Rs.30000 + gst). When I got my login details I checked some issues is there so I informed also & that time for covid-19 they stopped their work.
Later when I mailed few times some time they not replied & some time relied when office will start then will do pending work.
Like that way one year over but my issue not solve & now my domain also expired. Lot of time I called & Message but no proper response.
In this company mainly I know two person one is company owner Raj Yadav who are using their customer support mail & another Shreya Patel who are using their customer support number. Both person directly handle the customer.
I will suggest the people who are planning to take service from this company, don't take service from this company & don't take risk. In India lot of travel company available.
For covid-19 all are suffering not only this company. If not able to give service then they can return back money otherwise they can call or reply on mail for some discussion.
