★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very very poor service from Travel redefine LLP. my family friends travel to Thailand. They had very bad experience starting from 1st day. In emergency the company Agent Pradeep Rana is not picking up the call. No proper management to attend/fullfil/resolve the customer query when they are in abroad.thats leads to various circumstances. "Strongly not recommend."

Even during my stay outside, whenever we messaged him for any guidance or assistance, he helped us on time. Super happy with the service we have got. Definitely recommend everyone to plan their holidays with this team atleast once. For me, it is certain I am reaching out to them for my next holidays.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very professional and customer oriented set of young people. Availed their visa, ticketing and forex service in December for travelling to Canada. They not only got my visa done in an efficient and timely manner but provided appropriate guidance and information required for visa application. Even though I was late in booking my tickets , they offered amazing fares. What I like most about them is their post sale service, they ensure that your not facing any issues even while your travelling and offer assistance in case you need any. Continuing to use their service even in domestic travel. Highly recommend, very transparent and professional people. Thanks guys and wish u all the best for all your future endeavors

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I visited Thailand recently with my family and was unsure about my decision to go with Travel Redefine as they were based out of New Delhi and I was in Hyderabad. But I must say that they organized the tour very well and provided us with the best of the travel plans, accommodation and airlines. Except for a few glitches here or there which is expected in any tour all went fine. They were in touch with us even during the travel in Phuket and Bangkok through a WhatsApp group created to make sure everything was going fine. I would like to specially appreciate Mr. Kewal whom got in touch with us in the beginning and was there throughout till the end and made sure that everything was fine. He was available on call.at any hour of the day or night to attend to our queries and to assist us. A big thumbs up to Travel Redefine LLP. I think you guys are going in the right direction and will make it big if you maintain the same levels of service.

I booked my trip to Bali during volcano eruptions...they assured me a hassle free trip by booking insurance last minute.. Hotels recommend by them were amazing .. had a wonderful experience staying at them during my honeymoon.. highly recommend..awesome service :) will book again with them!!!
