★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Magical experience - before I articulate why this was such an amazing experience I think it's important to provide some context. We were hesitant to use a travel service, as we always handle everything ourselves and have done so for years. We wanted someone to plan our trip for us and not have to worry about anything - and at the same time, ensure we would get the most from our experience. From my first call with this travel agent I knew we had hit the jackpot in terms of finding someone that had truly unique knowledge of this amazing City and would be able to customize an itinerary that best matched up to the interests of our family. We build a custom itinerary together - well, we mainly reacted to suggestions and information sent to us - over a a few weeks until we felt we had outlined an optimal agenda for ourselves. The execution of the trip was flawless - everything went as advertised. We didn't have to think at all - and that left more time for enjoying the sights which included Shimla-Kufri, Manali-Solangvelly, Amritsar- Golden Temple, Delhi. The Driver who looked after us during our journey were incredible. All of them were truly "local" and were able to bring to life the amazing things we would see and experience - putting things in perspective, in context and providing an experience impossible to obtain on your own. Thank you to our agent for your guidance and counsel in the planning phase and thank you for delivering on your commitments in executing a flawless experience!
