★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I have no idea how you guys have received my number but inspite of Multiple complaints to your agents I keep getting sms every day about someone's booking and their contact details
I also explained that is also a data leak at your end as your customer mobile number , where they are travelling and in which car etc all comes to me and If i were your customer I would never want my number going to some random persons mobile like this . I complained asking for your company directors number but your team said that this data cannot be disclosed . The irony of it .I hope your owner is seeing this and will look into this urgently.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Came across all the digital platform like Google, Bing and Yahoo have been using Travelocar Car Rental Services for the last 5 years, customer services, cars, drivers, all have been best. Travelocar Services of intercity, Airport Transfer across India is also very good, easy to booking process and most affordable. Good customer service and not forcing customers to pay advance while booking. My First Choice Travelocar for Outstation because of Travelocar provide neat, Clean cars and well-trained drivers.
Overall an excellent service, Nice and Keep it Up Travelocar.

Booked crysta, innova which has the highest price 5000 INR for 250 kms...however, the car seating was so low quality and uncomfortable for 6 passengers. 5 of us ended up having back and neck pain at the end of mumbai lonavala one day trip (which is only 200 kms travel in total)
Plus the driver and the customer service guy got into manipulating us to get more money at the end of the ride. First they claimed we have exceeded the 250 kilometer travel limit without showing us the evidence in the app. They claimed app is not working so they cant show us!!. when we didnt agree to that, they said we should pay GST in cash!! The driver and the customer care was together trying to manipulate us in getting more money ..they started asking for 900 rupees, then came down to 600 rupees...it felt like they were just trying to get some money out of us in whatever possible way.. totally fraud service and no comfort in travel..

Following are the positives
1. Easy booking & payment mode well assisted by Travel Agent.
2. Car & driver details provided well in advance
3.Car interior was perfect
4.Driver was polite & followed Traffic .
Improvement:
1.Toll was collected for two way although travel was one way

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Right from the booking process, to the whole journey & its conclusion, it was a smooth ride (pun intended!). I appreciate the transparent & proactive way in which the customer support handled my queries, addressed my doubts, & gave me the flexibility on the mode of payment.
Most importantly, the chauffeur was an absolute delight - professional, courteous, safe (mannerism & driving skills), flexible & very earnest.
I am definitely recommending this rental service to my acquaintances, and will be looking at Travelocity for my future road travels. I just hope the quality never goes down, as is the case with most product/service providers once they become more popular & big.
