My experience with Travers India has been awesome, their JeeLehZara tour covering Srinagar and Ladakh has a well planned itinerary. The group tour crowd was a good mix of solo travelers, couples, families, siblings and friends. We stayed at some beautiful properties during our trip, definitely look forward to traveling with Team Travers again!

I have been almost a regular now and have been travelling with Travers. The core team members as well as the volunteers are the best and they always guide us unlike other trek groups I've been with. Looking forward for more treks together. Travers India is by far the one of the best trekking organization out there. Just a suggestion to include Dombivali as a pickup point.

Ranthambore wildlife Safari was my first experience with Travers India. It was exactly how I had expected. Prateek Vora and Mithil Patwardhan did a great job of managing the entire trip. Accomodation, food, safaris were tiptop. Safety was my topmost concern and priority. With Travers India, i didn't need to worry a bit. Keep it up. Looking forward to more trips you guys!! :)

It was indeed a wonderful tour. * The property at all the locations were amazing (clean and cozy) * The transfer arrangements were comfortable (drivers were cooperative and caring) * All the sightseeing places were heavenly ? * We were blissful to get such a wonderful group of 11 in our tempo.( Special thanks to Vedant Kulkarni, being just 19 years old he handled everything so well???? and became part of our family of 11 people) * Food was good and served fresh and hot everywhere. * We explored non veg dishes wherever possible with few foodies in group. Overall it was an awesome experience and memorable 9 days of our life. Cheers to Travers India?

I did the Duke's nose sunrise trek with Traver's India, and woah, it was such an incredible experience. The team is professional, competent, and attentive. They're safety focused and actually want you to have a good time. Here's what my trip was like: 1. I was picked up by their bus at around 11 pm (this was a night trek). The bus was comfortable and all the fellow trekkers were quite spirited, so it was fun. 2. We reached the base village at 3:30 am (i.e. on time) 3. Proper washroom facilities were provided to girls 4. We were given a snack packet and a safety instruction + everyone introduced themselves officially. 5. At 4:15 we began the trek. It was cold and windy, but that didn't bother me because this was my first night trek and I was just too busy with the novelty of the whole thing. 6. The guide-to-paying-customer ratio is 1:5 (3 guides for the total of 15 of us) which is very good and you get a lot of attention if you need help. 7. I had some breathing difficulties because of the cold, so I had to climb slowly. One of the guides stayed behind me at all times instead of moving ahead. I'm very impressed. 8. We reached the top by 5:45 (also on time) and waited for sunrise to come. The team made sure that no one got to close to the edge of the cliff (there were many teenagers in the group so it's good that they were very safety conscious). 9. There was a small temple at the top. You had to remove your shoes to enter. I didn't go here because I was too cold to remove my shoes. 10. At 7:30, we started the descent. We came down via a different route and took many pictures now that the sun was up. This was more enjoyable in my opinion as you can actually see the scenery after the sun is up. Plus the temperature was way better (not freezing). 11. Down in the base village, I was given breakfast (Maggi, poha, and tea and coffee) and I played with the dogs. 12. When we were done, we left for Mumbai in the same bus and I was home by 1 pm. Here's some of the reasons why I like these guys in particular over other groups: 1. The high guide-to-trekker ratio. You have 1 guide for 5 people, which means you're very safe and taken care of. The "slow people" get a guide too instead of everyone just moving ahead. 2. They kept the group together and coordinated pickup and drops properly. Everything was on schedule and very well managed. 3. They gave me a pillow to sleep on on the bus ride back home. 4. I picked up some bits of the local language (Marathi) from the other trekkers hahahaha What could have been better: The only thing I can think of is that the organizers didn't stress the importance of carrying a woolen cap. It was freezing cold on the top with very strong and continuous winds and I didn't have a cap or gloves. Had to make do with tying a towel around my ears (Fortunately, I was carrying a towel!). Although, this can be attributed to my lack of experience because many other trekkers did carry woolen caps and gloves without being told to. Overall: I'm very happy and impressed by Travers India and will be going on more treks with them. I'm also very shocked at how cheap/affordable the entire thing was. It literally cost just $20 (I paid a bit less than 1600 Indian Rupees) and included snacks, breakfast, AND transportation to and from the city. Hah.
