1. I usually prefer using their services over booking anywhere else as their rates are comparable in the industry. I have always got the best fares on flights and hotels. While travelling to Iceland, I got the cheapest fares with Travo after doing my own research on online portals, and asking multiple other travel agents across India.
2. Service is very quick. Recounting an experience when I was in Helsinki and had asked Travo to book a particular hotel, there was some issue with the hotel's machine at the reception, Travo promptly helped me address that issue with the hotel.
3. All my needs of international travel apart from tickets and hotel bookings including assistance with visa process, booking of appointments, travel insurance policy, everything is taken care of by Travo.
4. Not just international travel, even domestic travel is made smoother with their help.
