Pathetic services by Rohit (Owner) and his freelancer team who have registered with him and do not know anything about these machines.
In a recent scenario, one of the so called technician came for servicing and post servicing my Treadmill started giving me troubles, when contacted OWNER OF FITNESS STARTS (ROHIT) HE JUST LINGERED ON, WHEN MONTHS PASSED HE ASKED ME TO CONTACT THE TECHNICIAN, WHEN CONTACTED TECHNICIAN, HE SAID THAT HE WILL COME SOON AND RECTIFY.
LATELY WHEN CALLED ROHIT, HE COMPLETELY DENIED OF ANY SUPPORT.
If this is how they call it as a support than I wish them to stop making fool of people, instead it is a fools company running!

The owner of the company Rohit is just making money by posting multiple names on internet. this company do not have any certified technician. they are just interested in making money by transferring Leeds to each other. Product knowledge is 0 ZERO.

Worst Experience Ever, do not contact them their technicians are highly unprofessional, my treadmill which just required servicing is working no longer(does not even turn on).
My treadmill is not very old and required servicing but was working, i contacted this place they sent their technician after weeks of pestering, charge good enough money, 1000 and the next day treadmill does not start.
You contact them again they send their technician, the same guy, this time he replaces a part of the mother board saying it isnt working, charges 3000 again and voila treadmill still does not work.
To this day I have been trying to reach out to them, both the technician and the company but no revert.
Maybe they're looking out to mint more money.
