★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The new building of the office is spacious and well organized, with ample space for parking in the premise. The turnaround time is still high though. Mostly, the applications related to family pensions take longer to process (generally spans over several months). This is a big problem if for someone pension is the only source of income. Some of the staff members are rude at speaking with applicants, while few are polite when answering their queries.
