2) basic amenities committed were not provided- the rooms had tv but non functional,non functional intercoms,non functional geysers
3) we had booked 6 rooms n none of the room was perfect. while taking bath the water ran out. n since the intercoms r non functional one is left helpless
4) the rooms were so dirty n full of mud n sand, despite requesting for 4 continuous hours nobody came for room cleaning
