Worst customer service experience, tried to exchange the products but the manager is pathetic and treated very badly.
Manager - Bloody arrogant, rude and not having the sence to treat the customer.
Shouting on the customers specifically on the women in the store.
Highly disappointed.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ i have a Relience gift voucher worth Rs 5000. when i went at this store the staff and supervisior told that it was a fraud card and they cant accept it. one of the billing staff was aware about process to redeem this gift when he stared his supervisor stoped him by saying ye 5000 tere jab pe padenge. however the very next day i have purchased from reliance trend ansal palza palam vihar,gurgaon with the same gift card with out any hassel. in my opinion their supervisior need to groomed rather then ground staff or billing staff .remaining things like place,variety,behaviour of ground staff (except supervisior) realy nice and all staff seems well versed
