★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I bought a pair of slippers worth 399/- for my kid from this shop, and within a week’s their color has started fading! Within a week skippers look years old. Plus, the stock was very limited.
We try to shop from local shops/vendors and not from online stores in an attempt of supporting these guys. But such experiences put us on back foot, and make us think why should we support them if they can deliver us the quality we deserved for our hard earned money.
Visit this store only if you want to throw some money for 0 quality.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ One of best place I can say for getting wide variety of footwear. Discount are genuine. In 1-2 brands though online offers are more lucrative than offline stores but at same time the real feeler comes only after trying and observing carefully. Many times what looks good may not be suitable when one wears. So in my opinion it is something which must be carefully choosen especially when it comes to the comfort levels. The real feeler is more important than the shiny looks. Also the accessories are required and they are also equally good here.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Poor customer service. Sales persons are busy with cell phones. Gets very quickly irritated if person dislike the collection or don't buy anything.
I am a person who frequently visit Reliance stores to just see new collections or new trendy products. Observing these behaviour I don't think Reliance footwear is a best choice for people like me.
