★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Worst quality of sandles are Available I have the experience of the same. Only during showcase it looks good . 800 rs. Sandle was just became bad within a week . The glue was removed and the sandle became useless. Also they didn't replied on this case . Worst experience and worst staff. In name of reliance they are just cheating by providing lower quality material and takes high price.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Would never recommend to buy anything from reliance footprints. Recently bought a pair of shoes and I can tell that I have faced an very odd experience of quality and service. Its an trick to sell shoes of bad quality at discounted rates and later on not providing good support or replacement.
Tried reaching out to support team multiple times and every time I did that, they just say that they are escalating the issue but never did anything worthy.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ One of the worst experiences I have had ever in a store. The staff is downright obnoxious, racist, and unhelpful. We walked in expecting to buy shoes, and the store guy didn't even hear what I said to him. My father who is a senior citizen was talked to in a very humiliating manner. I never expected racism from a reliance staff. Was really thinking of calling the manager about the treatment but thought If the staff is rotten, so too must be the manager. The staff guys were not even ready to show us formal shoes selection. Straight away went to Bata and the difference was quite evident. Cheaper shoes, better selection and most of all, friendly and helpful staff
