Means for complete that amount Customer again need to go and look for that amount which Shows Lack of Inter Store Marketing Communication which Shows you don't have Value for Time of Customer.
Refund Policy is again time taking coz you need to go to 2-3 Places with lots of Paper work.

Value for individual time : Zero
Employees : Unprofessional / Untrain
Planning for Refunds : not good
