★ ★ ★ ★ ★ It is located in the Ashok Cosmos mall adjacent to Lifestyle store. It has a very good collection of clothes which are usually on various discounts. The clothes available are more expensive than the ones available at Big Bazaar and are cheaper than Lifestyle!
Clothes are usually of good brands.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Staff and manager seems to be involved in some kind of billing fraud....security guard did good job...his activenas somehow helped me detect it....i went with my wife and purchased a lip stick for her...it was around 9.15 pm...person at bill counter started making stories that billing is not happening for single item...machine not picking...i thought maybe there could be geneuine reason...but reality i came to know later...il share the later part once i confirm whole thing from trends team

Only frustrating and annoying thing about the store is the staff at the till and when it comes for the billing bit. Normal public usually tries to skip the queue to get their billing done but the store staff encourages that too!! Been going to the pratap pura store for thr last three days and have experienced every single day. I stood in the queue waiting for my turn and very sneakly other customers were attended who were no where before me and in the queue. I raised my concern with the store manager but don't know how much attention will be oaid yo the comment, hence writing a reveiw here!!
