★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Time waste, money waste, very poor customer experience. Sale counter guys were talking with each other and with friends who came to shopping in store. “Santosh kumar bairwa” was such a disrespectful sales person i ever experience in store like reliance. He was not even seeing his customer on counter. It was 15mins work for anyother store but i have wasted 1 hour. Very very very bad experience ever in any store. Never gonna visit this store. Even shoepur shopkeepers (local market) smiles when they see customer and ask for tea. Totally i am thinking why i visited this store.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I had a very good experience because due to all these new store like reliance trends and dmart and many other new stores pratap nagar has been come into the category of developing. The place is becoming more frequent than often. And for the store, it is much better than dmart clothing section because its variety present in the design and fashion and size also. The store is really freshing segment when you go there you will find amazing dresses and tops and many other category of cloth at one place at very medium range that's very impressive factor and one more thing you will find the clothes for your kid in all cuteness overloaded, you will surely make yourself to buy everything for once. Although i had no idea about the staff members because i had no interaction with any of them, but they know the etiquettes and i am sure if anyone ask them they will definitely help and for the new store there is always new staff members only few person have any hardly experience so they will learn it by the time goes.
