★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I visited the store along with my wife..when i asked the brand promoters they not even responded..And they behaved like their home instead of job..And at cash counters also who are making bills giving false information about utilisation of discount coupons.. Compare to benz circle store, Bhavanipuram store employees are good about work..I met nearly 10 employees at Benz circle store all of them are just enjoying rather than giving response to customers...Better stop buying cloths at Benz circle store..You will loose discount offers and many more..

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Tag of the dress is showing XS but it's actual size was XL. It could be the showroom mistake or the manufacturers but when we realised and asked to give the exact size the sales lady told that size was not there and can't refund my money
I do know there is not return policy, only exchange can be done. But incorrect tag is not the customer mistake so I don't understand why they are refusing to give the refund in this case.
Also I have asked the refund only when there is no size of what we are looking.
This is a worst policy to loot the customers.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I was buy Slippers in this mall at reasonable prices.
Have many brands of slippers, shoes, crockes, Jewelry, clothes for kinds, men, women etc.
Quality of objects are Good but as consider price is hight, this malls are not possible to Middle class or ordinary people's for Shopping.
Dressing room are also available inside.
Drinking ? water is available in side of mall.
Washroom/Toilets are available inside of mall - Majorly it only staff.
Following Covid-19 Rules, should wear Mask.
Beside of mall have Bus stop, so easily catch the General buses after the shoping.
Car and Bike parking is possible at front side of building or mall.
Wheelchair accessible for Entrance ♿ = No?.
Wheelchairs Accessible parking ♿?️ = Yes✔️ - Inside and out side have free space for parking.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Clothes are good and staff are good too. But everything got spoiled after encountering a rudest customer ever! And the ugliest thing is staff not coming to the rescue of innocent people. Such rude customers need to kept under control, how can anyone shout at others using foul language just because her line didn't move up but other's line moved faster than hers? This all happened while the staff did nothing but stare! Such a disappointing and annoying experience ever. The staff need to step up and control or keep a check on rude customers who like to make a scene at the cost of hurting and belittling innocent other customers.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ It has been renovated, and collection also improved a lot. At affordable prices, we get better dresses here when compared to other brands.
After renovation, kids' collection and ladies' collection are made available more than in the previous store.
Now, part of the men's collection section and footwear section are on the 1st floor. Before renovation to get access to the footwear section, we need to come out of the store and climb the steps from outside. Now, it has been made available from inside the store.
