★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I have been there on 30th of September basically I remember the date as well..The lady in customer service desk was not at all co-operative and neither interested in providing services to the customer rather she argued and trying to prove the customers wrong when they are claiming there gift. She was denying that she never announced about the gift as it was not available however each and every customer heard the announcement and moreover the details were mentioned in reliance trends... Pathetic experience and will think think 100 times before going over there...

They are behaving like they are the owner not that bloody worker.Let me tell my experience, one faulty size cloth I purchased, they didnt allow me check the size becoz of the COVID reason , that's ok not an issue I understand. But the next day I went there and told that I want one larger size so replace that...they simply reply me in a wonderful way that that is not our mistake..Woww thats great reply...so I got understood that that is not his fault , the fault was mine who went there to purchase

I also like the casual / western wear cloths from here. I got good deal recently when i used rs500 discount coupons (i got coupons from last purchase) on rs 2000 shopping. Very good and trendy collection. Must visit.
