No customer service
Only job they have si to irritate customer amd make them suffer.
Rude behaviour especially the billing counter guys i.e shyam and deepak.
I would request the company to teach and train your staff about customer service.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Dedicated parking in the stilts of the building. Most staff confused about who's in charge of a perticular section. Good choice. Reasonable prices. The buy more save more schemes are good but involve a lot of back and forth at the counter, resulting in painful waiting times for those behind in the queue.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The showroom is not ready to change the clothes to big size. I bought t-shirts and lowers for my husband which were slightly tight. Pathetic behavior. Just purchased today. Even the small shopkeeper is ready to change the clothes. Very disappointed. Will never buy again from their showroom.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Staff personnel especially the cash counter staff of first floor was not behaving properly. One staff member was not wearing his mask properly then I reminded him to wear it properly then he started to argue with me and then all cash counter staff was like "ye to phle se hi phna tha mask ( he has already wore mask). Plus when I enquired about a product then he replied arrogantly.
Customer satisfaction should always be a priority for these outlets because everyone does not know everything and needs help at that point of time.
There is a staff personnel named vinay on first floor has shown a good gesture towards the customer and behaved good.
Overall the quality of products are quite good. So you can try once.
