around 1 km from horamavu kalkere main road inside banjara layout. Many schools are around 3 km of radius.

1- Good building,
2- legally clear documents with OC and CC,
3- Quality construction considering the builder grade
4- helpful builder person
5- budget friendly.
6- Locality consists of shops, supermarkets , schools in close vicinity.
Cons:
1- Electrical wirings in some flats are not good.
2- Rainwater harvesting seems to be missing.
3- Frequent fixes to lifts, motor and STP is incurred by the residents.
4- Parking is asymmetrical. Some parkings are very huge and some are very small. Parking of mine falls in the "smaller" category.
