★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Four storied apartment in Kalindi Estate. Lane just opposite Kalindi Taxi Stand. Just few meters from Jessore Road. Peaceful area. Easily accessible. Nearest metro station is Belgachia. You can reach here by bus get down at Kalindi Bus stop. Take an Auto from Belgachia Metro. Also connected with VIP Road Lake Town. Take an auto to reach Kalindi. There 4-5 minutes walk from Kalindi Bus stop.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Not well planned as compared to nearby kalindi apartments . Not easy access and entrance of ambulance is difficult . Stretcher or trolley or wheelchair accessible is tough . The areas are well lighted and cleaned as compared to kalindi. But municipal garbage cleaning is done in regular basis . Basically low middle income class area still due to close proximity of kalindi the retail price is little bit higher. Any way the place is comparatively calm .

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 'Tribeni ,the name of the house is very popular here.It acts as a landmark for the unknown outsider since its position.For that almost all of the local people know this name of the house.this is just as the begining point of the one entry point of Sahid Khudiram bose sarani and it is beside 'kalindi housing estate'.Some players of famous Eastbengal Club stay in its flat given by the club for contract basis.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Spacious flats but should have a lift facility in the building. All else are okay. All kinda shops are there downstairs at walking distance, like groceries, medicines, foods, markets, local vehicles and the security services of the building is also good.
