★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I shopped a jewellery and they called me in Ramazan that they are giving the Ramazan gift to their valued customers. They made a joke with me. They also called a person who was with me at that time. Now they sent a gift to that person who was with me and didn't buy anything and they never sent a gift to me. What a foolish shop. They lost a customer like me because they made a joke on Ramazan with me. I'll never buy anything from here now even if they sell free for me.

1.chandrasih Jadeja , he says that i m darbar and started with his long history!!
we were never interested to listen his unwanted things, he talk very rude with his power tone, and we with family were just seating at him and listening his all madness!! WE AT THE THE END wasted our time and LOOSE our interest to purchase the jewelries on the occasions of carnivals!
does this really happens with such branded showroom ?? I am surprise!
2. there was a guy (employee) symbolic as swaminarayan tilak !!
he had no skill at least how to talk with ladies!! he was behaving like he is doing is job for us!!
we were suppose to purchase around 5-9 lakhs of items but, these both idoits had washed our interest and trust from TBZ,
the location of this horrible place is : bhavnagar- vaghavadi road!
I REQUEST THE UPPER MANAGEMENT TO LOOK FOR THIS BOTH EMPLOYEES WORKING STYLE INSIDE THE SHOWRROM, after this incident - I had talk with many my friends - they also said the similar attitudes of these 2 employees! so for the conclusion : many genuine and EDUCATED customers are avoiding this showroom I guess !
thanks for saving our money and showing other directions to feel at least professionalism at first place !
