★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Old fashioned designs and disinterested and rude staff, the people at counters are just standing with 0 interest in attending the customers, after navigating all the other hurdles when we reached the gold exchange counter, the guy behind the counter actually threw our old gold with a bang on the counter, totally horrified by the rude and insolent behaviour. Would not recommend going to such a place as they don’t value their customers and the legacy has also moved the staff to cloud 9. They really need a reality check. Very disappointed.

The USP of this establishment is that they buy their sold gold back at the current market price(whatsoever it may be) without any deduction

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I am looking at a lot of comments that they have high making charges and all. All rubbish. You don't buy a Mercedes at a price of Maruti.
We need to understand that they are enabling us make a decision in 10 minutes unlike other jewellers where we spend hours for selection and then haggle with them to reduce prices.
Everything is top notch. I loved their outlet.

I left the shop in ten minutes because of this factor and ended up buying an item from Tanishq nearby. Not a wide variety for such a large store

However the staff physically checked the item and after satisfying themselves, readily acceded to our request. It was a pleasant experience and our job got done within reasonable time over a cup of Coffee!
