★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Sorry to say but gave 1 star because 0 star was not available. Booked a property from them in 2015 but still didn't get registry of land. No response from the staff or owner.I have been running behind these people for 2 years. Now I have no option but to go to the judiciary.

It's been more than 4 years of registration with company and more than 2.5 years of full payment of plot but company has not given possession as promised. I am gonna to file a suit very soon and surely recover full amount with interest from this company.....

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We have bought a property from Tricolor Properties for 24 lacs. They have alloted a wrong plot to us. There was a court order for that land which is alloted to a different owner and it was not on the name of tricolor. They took complete amount from us. They have returned 16.5 lacs ruppes and but they are making us run for 6.5 lacs ruppes, they still have to pay to us for last 6 months.
They are complete fraud. Why Bihar Government is allowing this scam to happen with people of Bihar.
If they didn't pay us the rest of amount on the next deadline. We are going to fill FIR, and will go to court and RERA also.
