★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Fight between builder and owner for maintenance is always going on.Security is very poor.most of the parking area is full of bins and shelter of street dogs.unauthorised parking fighting is common issue, bachelor tenants is big problems,they often create problems for neighbor. no power back up in lift, maintenance staff is not well trained. society not under RWA. still.life is cool. because some good educated peoples living here.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Worst builder ever. Project handover has been done on 2015 but still project completion is pending. Water leakage is every where in parking area. DG is there but out of order. Boundry wall is not completed yet that's why the street dogs are everywhere in the campus. Electricity supply is horrible position, most of the times low voltage issues.

Has most of the amenities.
Pros:
1. Near to DN Regalia, SUM Hospital
2. Prime colleges are not far away.
3. Good ventilation
4. Accomodating spacious rooms.
Cons:
1. Badly planned parking space. The allocated parking space was tight for my Crysta's dimensions.
2. Direction assistance has not been taken care of. There are way too many blocks, and cabbies tend to get lost. Someway to direct them to the blocks would be really helpful.
