मी dr शमिका कदम यांचेकडे treatment घेतली माझी शुगर नेहमी वाढलेली असायची डॉक्टरांनी treatment केल्यामुळे शुगर आता कमी आहे तसेच accidity चा पण प्रॉब्लेम होता मला तो पण dr न च्या treatment ने कमी झाला शरीरा मधे खुप थकवा असायचा treatment मुळे थकवा तर आता जाणवत ही नाही Dr न च्या treatment मुळे आता खुप बरे वाटते आहे

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I was searching on the internet for the ayurvedic panchkarma treatment near Vapi and got the first name as Triguna Ayurveda and call Dr. Shamika and got her appointment immediately. During the consultation, she explained about Ayurvedic Panchkarma treatment and the treatment for my eyes which was I was facing since many years. I was facing dryness, high myopia, redness, floaters/flashes etc. She suggested Netra Tarpanam and treatment started from the next day. She explained in details during the treatment for 7 days the benefits of Netra Tarpanam and how it can be done at home using the Udad Dal flour and Triphala Ghritam (Ghee). After few days my vision started improving and it has been 4 months now i am regularly doing it and feeling better and better after treatment. My eyes redness and dryness has stopped subsequently and now i am not getting floater/flashes like earlier. This treatment can be done to any age people from small children to aged people. I personally Thanks her for all the guidance for this treatment and strongly recommended Dr. Shamika's Triguna Ayurveda and Panchkarma Center for any kind of major eyes problems as mentioned above and also for Glucoma, Macular Degeneration, Cataract, Refractive errors (shortsightness or longsightness). etc.
