★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Not having exercised for a long time I was apprehensive but when I took trial class at trikal , I thoroughly enjoyed and now the thing is I don't want to miss any class. shwet has incorporated every form of aerobics and zumba with mix of floor exercises on alternative days. Further he is quite regular in taking classes .

I love to do this every day and I can't miss the session.
The vibes here are amazing and makes my day, Shwet Sir is very passionate, dedicated towards dance and very friendly.

Shwet being very professional and positive pushes you to do the best. instructs and communicates with each one of the members. i being a non dancer have started picking up very quickly. he makes u feel comfortable.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very energetic and motivating dance class trained by Shwet Sir. Helps in proper movement of full body with right postures. An enjoyable way of keeping your body fit and losing extra kilos! I am very lazy when it comes to exercise but this zumba class makes exercise fun.
