Director is egoistic, rude, intolerant person who don't know even how to behave with employees. they are really pathetic in terms of everything and don't know the floor manners. Director is not approachable. HR will ignore you completely if you will mail her regarding any work. She is in the company for gossiping over phone whole the day and sitting on the Director's chair to pretend that she is the Owner of the company. No growth. You will spoil your career here only. Think before you join else search another good opportunity...poor
