★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The complete Sahab admi of town, you order your requirement, he takes the full payment then the actual magic starts. The person will stop picking up your calls, will not call in return.
Suddenly after a month or 2 of frustration and negligence he will stand in front of your door like an avtaar.
He will Bring the materials to fix, actually incomplete material. Unpainted, not properly finished, 3rd grade material, cheap handles, all jugaad sort of work, with normal design and he feels he is the best fabricator of the town.
Now if he suddenly comes with the material to fix the customer got no option to reject it because of 1+ month waiting.
While fixing the grills, shutter etc he will give all false commitments to finally finish the fixed material to look good.
Then the second magic starts, you wait for 2 more months to get the fixed material finished to your bare minimum expectations.
You call him, and if fortunately The SAHAB recieves the call, false commitments starts again with no progress of work completion.
The material starts rusting within 20 days.
Finally you get frustrated, feels my time is all wasted then you put your personal efforts to complete the work on your own which adds a expense of 10% more on your pocket.
That's what happened with me, took 50k order requirement looking at finishing and his false commitments I feel he is not eligible to take work of even 5k.
To summarise above.
1. False commitments
2. 3rd grade material
3. All Jugaad setup
4. No good finishings
5. Felt cheated
6. Had extra expenses
Being society member we have blacklisted him completely.
