I asked for a quotation on a phone call and after the call I also sent an email with specifications, however i received no response, therefore i called 3 days later, after which i was told to receive quotation in few hours. I called after few hours, they said they will call me back as it was not ready. 5 days passed no quotation received and now no one is answering calls.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ They are highly unprofessional. They don't know their calculations and not ready to listen to customer. Don't pay attention to customer and their service is very bad. And they are lazy as they don't want to send quotations when required. Overall experience is very bad. I will prefer Pantone Media Solutions over them and they are skillful. They know what they are doing and provide options.
