I was visiting their office through a broker because we wanted to buy a plot but thankfully warned by some disgruntled customers talking outside, these people had bought plots at Trinco Shanthivana.
Here's my review from Trinco Shanthivana:
We were here shopping for plots and were told the developer cannot be trusted. False promises and much delayed delivery, with lot of overall issues. Khata transfer is not done yet, even as some people bought the plots years ago. Residents have been without proper electricity and other basic amenities even after months of building their houses. Beware and stay away from Trinco Developers.

Was completely satisfied with quick processing and commitment by the sales team, especially "Kiran" who's promise was in sync with the management and the ground staff.

Developments are little slow due to govt regulations and covid 19 otherwise i hve got very good real estate company for all my future investments also????
