★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pathetic place to shop from, the staff is not at all friendly & don't have manners to talk to their customers. Incase you faces any issue, staff say go and filled a complaint in court, rather then helping in solving the problem.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I purchased Bindal Mattresses 40D with 10 years guarantee from Trinity Mattress Planet on 1st June 2019 . I am sorry to say that one of the mattress got damaged with in one month. I made a complaint to shopkeeper Mr Nihal as wellas in the company i.e. Bindal Coir Pvt Ltd. On 20 .08.09 company executive Manish visited my house to check the condition of mattress and filled complaint form. Till 12th September no action was taken either by trinity or bindal co.Mr Nihal assured us that exchange will be done . Now Mr Nihal doesn't pick our phone. We are quite old customer of trinity. We have no Alternate except to go in consumer court against Trinity.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pathetic service. No sense of responsibility. After taking advance they don't even pick up the call. No delivery in time. Even after a week of paying advance, no timelines for delivery of matress. Poor quality, pathetic service.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Once they received money they dont respond to calls. Poor quality kurl on matress. Within 15 days of use it starts sagging. They dont deliver on time. Poor staff poor quality matresses.
