★ ★ ★ ★ ★ One of the worst places when it comes to customer service. I had bought a pair of ladies chappal which broke on the first day of its use. I was Ok with it because according to the bill things can be exchanged within 7 days. But when I went to the shop, the salesmen present there were not ready to exchange it. They told that the stitched one will be given a day after. Above all the people present there were very rude. When I started telling them, they started to leave the place one by one and there was no person to listen to my complaints.
