Though these things were booked, we had not seen anything concerned to accommodation, these was done over the phone call only all arrangements concern from pick up from airport , sightseeing, and hotel we stayed was really good one. Whatever it is at the end we all had a nice time every one had enjoyed. Thank you for your co-operation.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ we seven elderly family members planned a visit to Sri Lanka. we compared the rate/ services with several tour operators including Sri Lankan operatos.From day one the tour co ordinator Kavitha negotiated with us and ultimately clinched the deal.
She is very customer friendly and quite responsive. She promptly replies to queries and assisted immediately for VISA.
Trip Alfresco gave good property in Kandy/Nuwarally/Bentota/Colombo. Though there was minor issues during the trip Kavitha addressed them promptly. She was constantly monitoring and ensuring that we all are comfortable.
We are all amazed to find Kavitha's dedication and sincerity in attending the clients.
I would also like to mention the name of the chauffeur/guide Mr Vijitha who deserves tons of appreciation .He is extremely supportive and courteous. An ever smiling man.
Overall it was a memorable trip. Thanks to Trip Alfresco and Kavitha. We look forward to another tour with them.

The vacation was wonderful and I can not say thank you enough!! It was the Perfect resort for us. They did have both of our rooms on the water bungalow, ocean view and they were close together. The flight was good, the resort incredible!
We can not wait to plan our next trip with you. Thank you again!!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very good service. They were always available whenever needed. Kavita B Jhaveri from the organization managed everything very well and answered all my calls throughout my trip to Bali. Their support system is great. They have an app too which is user friendly and is useful in many ways. Keep it up Trip Alfresco.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We four of us had a package tour to Guwahati, Kaziranga, Kohima (for Hornbill festival) and Dimapur in December 2018. Trip Alfresco had given us a very economical deal which included Innova vehicle at our disposal, resorts for stay at Kaziranga and bed and breakfast hotels at other places . Kavita was personally keeping a tab on us throughout and we had a wonderful, tensionless trip .

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Me and my husband went to srilanka for 5N/6D from may 9th to May 14th.. Every single penny we spent for the package was worth it !! The hotels, their ambience, those complimentary buffet dinner and breakfasts, the itinerary,the guide and his car... Seriously thankful to the trip alfresco.. We would like to recommend the same package to anyone who wants to visit Lanka..The blue beach hotel at Bentota and and ocean Pearl colombo stay were a delight!
And only some minor backlogs about some hotels .. 1.The WiFi connection problem in dambulla and Nuwar eliya(food and everything else great though) 2.Kandy sandriana lake view hotel had no proper parking space and their food was of average liked kind of. 3.If some one is very much addicted to fresh milk tea should adjust to bad teas for few days please.. that's okay to sacrifice in the wonder land of asia !
In brief Nuwar Eliya is the most beautiful place ! Gregory Lake evening is bliss! Madu River safari is the most worthy entry fee and lifetime experience.! Palwehera resort in dambulla was the best. The food there was delicious. Pinna wala elephants are the cutest.! Dambulla village tour is bit overrated but still memorable activity..Colombo became my favourite City..Roads of srilanka, the best! Shopping for tea packs and chocolates worth it. Shopping for other accessories,expensive and overrated ..! colombo's house of fashion is good for some cloth shopping.Kandy sarees are so costly..buying gems is happiness..roads of srilanka the Best!!!
