★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Booked a 5 day Rajasthan through Tripsailer (via Travel Triangle) and the experience was good overall, would definitely return. The package included stay and road transportation.
Special mention of "Jyoti Rawat" who helped us during the entire process. Jyoti was very responsive and helping. There were multiple changes to the plan but Jyoti was patient and kept on implementing all the requested changes till the last day.
The pricing was also good, and we definitely saved some money going through Trip Sailer.
Thanks again for the assistance.

Initially we have some issue with Mr Sourabh who is I think Owner but with some interfare from travel triangle and tripsailor advisor miss Jyoti everything got resolved . She made nice arrangement , hotel was good but it was on bit higher side. The hotel service was extraordinary. They will send you the guy to pickup/drop the luggage form downside.Driver was good. Thank you Jyoti, really appreciate for the arrangement

She is such a gentle lady and loved the way she helped us to plan our trip. The trip was just designed the way we wanted. The environment and people who were guiding us were so humble. Really loved the experience i had with the organisation. I would highly recommend people who all are planning to go on a trip kindly give them a chance. They won't disappoint you.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Unprofessional in terms of Servicing. I had booked Uttarakhand tour.
They will do frequent call once quote shared by them, to initiative the booking.
Once payment is done, no proper communication. Not sharing invoice, not sharing right coordinates number. There was pretty bad experience in check in at hotel. There is hidden charges as well. No thanks note or even courtesy of calling us for ensuring smooth tour.
