Money wise they will squeeze themselves and give good deals.
In services they will squeeze you.
No transparency.
You need to call for next day plan or no one will connect till 11am.
If there are changes in commitment, it's nothing to bother for them.
1st mess
Like they said, there are two doodhsagar buses, one from calangute and one from vagator. Your bus will go directly to doodhsagar from vagator but later bus picked us at 6am and then went to calangute for pickup completed pickup till 8 am.
2nd mess
Charged me for extra bedding and not updated hotel about this. As hotel was friendly, they made a bed with shack beds.
3rd mess.
Before booking they say like "apna hi hotel h app le lo mere kehne se" and when you are on trip they say " aapne pehle photo to dekhi hi hongi ab kya hoga"
They are sales man not the travel planner. And yes do not want to improve as no one took feedback till now as trip is already ended.
Not listing all messes. :)
Overall big NO.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ It was an amazing Trip with Trip string in Goa. It was 3days trip from 28.02.2022 to 3.03.2022. They provided Pick and drop facilities as well as the south Goa and north Goa. One of the driver named Mr. MD Ali was as Excellent driver And Well behaved. He is too much punctual and responsible person. But the other one is not so good. Mr. Dipak naik one of our pick up driver from airport was too humble person and punctual. Thank you Team Mayank for this wonderful trip. One thing u just missed that it was my 1st anniversary Trip and Mayank promised us a complementary Cake for that day. Anyways he is a good planner. And the hotel is too good. Staffs are well behaved. Thank you ❤

I booked the package from 26 feb to 1st march
Resort provided: Cochichos Resort, House no, 534, Ozran Beach Rd, Coutinho Vaddo, Vagator, Goa 403509
Pick nd Drop from Airport
North Goa sight seeing
South Goa Sight Seeing
For me it was bit costly both ways as a solo traveler and Cab booking as Visiting Beaches in Noon time was totally Useless according to me as its too hot and sand is too hot, prices of shacks were too high ( Cost you ordering food again and again).
In this its not their fault partially .
Over All it was a good experience and satisfactory skipping some points like communications and management between hotels and traveler vendor.
Suggestion: Deeply analyze the weakness and faults in similar packages giving by other vendors and Bring such packages which include rides or tours specially north goa tour from evening till night so that a person can enjoy beach in evening and have snacks or dinner in beach side Cafe/Restaurant at night till 9:00 P.M max and then come to his hotel/resort free of mind.
Pros: Three parts payments where allowed

3. Able to manage problems and have solutions/alternatives
Cons: Need to grow in view points of customer satisfaction &
Pocket friendly budget analyzing needs of customer requirements and plan accordingly
Provide Wider ranges of offers and attractive schemes as in future their main competition would be MMT and many more

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Trip String and Bhanu you are the best ! I was planning for a quality time in this Covid period and you made it happen. My Goa trip has been the best one with you. I’ve been to Goa earlier but this time the experience was different. The stay in Cochichos Resort was so good. The resort was beautiful, green and peaceful. Everyone there was taking care of Covid precautions. The place was sanitised and hygienic. I suggest everyone to book there trip to Goa with Trip String they are the best!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ It was a great trip fantastic arrangements by Bhanu the Trip String coordinator .Excellent follow up and Bhanu was so helpful during the tour.
In spite of corona disappointing water sports alternate arrangements were done by Bhanu to compensate the same. Good Luck with Trip String Guys .Thank u Bhanu once again.
