★ ★ ★ ★ ★ So trisara is this nice little place on the main road with easy access. But all the problem is with the person managing it. One could never ever meet a person more rude, arrogant, irresponsible and fraudulent as this Prashanth.
Every time you discuss anything with him, he'll constantly change rates with every phone call. Any decor or setting you want done, he'll outright say "this can't be done, that cant be done". He'll collect money from you first chance he gets, and after that will not respond to any of your calls or texts. And once his irresponsible self is revealed, when questioned about it, he'll threaten to cut the power supply and shut the place during the event.
If you think I'm making this up out of some misunderstanding, please feel free to contact me. I could provide you with much more unbelievable information.
P.S- I did see the bad reviews even before booking the event. My bad for ignoring them for little did I know, that this is how irresponsible and egoistic that Mr.prashanth is.

Dont provide a cover up story here. We first booked the venue in Jan 2020 when covid situation didnt exsist. Pandamic is not a known thing to plan in advance, when most owners agreed to refund you never did and just gave a months time to reschedule and threathed not to refund money. We had to take police help, only then you agreed to give us an years time to reschedule. We confirmed new date 8 months in advance and you had assured that its booked.
You just took advantage of a pandamic situation and have no humanity and ethics.
You didnt do an favour by returning our advance.
Just by returnting advance for your mistake does not reduce the turmoil we had to go through. You could have said a no to date when we rebooked 8 months in advance. But intentionally you told yes and cancelled last min.
This response was expected what more can you do than manipulative people for your benefit.

Its been an year but nightmare just haunts. Owner Prashanth had blocked a date for us after we gave the advance and we had even printed the wedding invites and distributed them. Last min this guy states he has blocked different dates for us and expected us to change the dates. He didnt realise even for a second that he has created a blunder, instead was arrogant and rude. All this was done just because the other party had booked venue for 2 days and we had for 1 day.
Any person with ethics would have given the venue for us as we had booked more than 6 months in advance. It was not only the trauma that we had to go through of finding different venue in short notice and getting cards reprinted. We also ended up paying double the price as it was a last minute change.
Never ever ignore a google review like we did. We were told that people want to damage the reputation hence falsify the information. Trust me, with this man things are different before and after you pay money.
