And I faced worest situation with management.
They are spared cost also little bit higer than other showrooms and beter to go near showrooms. Who they comments good , they are the staff of showrrom .
If u want to buy new scooty plan do in narasannapet.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I gave my bike for servicing at 9 am but it is done at 4 pm. I went home at night. Again i gave it for servicing after i met with an accident. But they reply then they didn't have the spare parts which i need. They said that it might be taken one week to come the parts which they had ordered. But after 8 days when i went to the showroom to see the condition of my bike, it was in the same place and same condition. And they replied it might be taken 10 days to come those parts. From all these i can conclude that
1. They don't have time sense
2. They don't have the necessary spare parts
3. They don't have the responsibility to satisfy the customer
4. One and only positive thing i noticed is we can get drinking water even hot water or cool water at any time
I suggest to those who want to buy new honda bike and to service their bike , please go to nearby showroom at narasannapeta or palasa or srikakulam
