★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Worst post-purchase experience. Didn't receive my RC for 3.5 months after registration in Mid Aug'21. I waited for one month and started reaching out to Triumph Hyundai. Mamta from their Registration team kept on giving excuses for 2 months. One of the weirdest excuse was that RTO didn't have paper to print my RC even when it's issued as a plastic card these days. After multiple calls and threatening to go to Hyundai complaints team, she finally shared a tracking number for my RC and then I got to know that it was already delivered to the nearest Post office 2.5 months before (in Sept first week) and I had to go there to collect it. Anyway, got my RC finally and NO THANKS to Mamta from Triumph Hyundai.

As I bought a santro sportz car in 2019 and at that time our settlement was that alloy wheel to be fitted in car but till now front axle alloy caps are not provided by the triumph hyundai. they charges for alloy of Rs 22000 but what is the mean of alloy without centre axle cap. And they are still irresponsible for the above concern
